It was a dreadful day. It started off with me oversleeping and missing my bus to school. When I finally arrived, I realized that I had left all of my textbooks and homework at home. During lunch, I accidentally spilled my drink all over myself, and to top it off, I failed a surprise math quiz in the afternoon. As if that wasn't enough, I got into an argument with one of my best friends during class. The day ended with me being scolded by my parents for not doing well in my quiz and for the argument with my friend. It was just one thing after another, and I couldn't wait for the day to be over.
