摘要：A charge pump device is provided. The charge pump device includes a clampingunit providing a first pulse and a second pulse having a phase identical to that of the firstpulse, wherein each of the first and the second pulses has an amplitude; a charge pump
unit outputting a first voltage in response to the first pulse and the second pulse; and afeedback unit outputting a second voltage in response to the first voltage, wherein theclamping unit adjusts the amplitude of one of the first pulse and the second pulse inresponse to the second voltage to regulate the first voltage.
